1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
• A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Installed or used solar panels, inverters, or batteries.
• Clearance or promotional items marked "Final Sale"
• Customized or special-order products
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

3. Return Process

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your data with trusted third parties for specific purposes, such as:

• Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning your item.
• Ship the product back to our designated address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)
• Inspection & Refunds. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
• Damaged or Defective Items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
